A fun Saturday afternoon in the WBAA studio on the campus of Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana, where Scott Greeson, Vickie Maris Greeson and Greg Brassie performed The Prophet from the Wabash Gypsies cd; Scott’s new tune, "At The Riverside," which is not yet available on disk, but will be soon; and after Vickie switched to guitar, they played Vickie’s new tune," I Can Feel You Breathe!" The trio was helping to promote the Shirley Martin Scholarship for Young Songwriters in this appearance on Acoustic Blend for WBAA. (Not pictured: Peggy Brassie who sang harmony vocals with the group.)

All of the band members are proponents of encouraging young people as musicians and songwriters. Here, Vickie Maris Greeson takes a break between sets of Scott Greeson's show on a hot summer day at the Indiana State Fair in 2010 (Main Street Stage) to show a young fan a few tips about playing the accordion.
